After Thought… What if we Glazed it?
What if we glazed it? I had just finished spraying the first coat of Dark Truffle on the credenza and looked at it and then looked at it again after the first coat had a couple hours to dry. There is some faux texture on this credenza, but it’s all the same color, it kind of reminds me of… well, a liver or maybe a terracotta pot. I mean, it’s a consistent color even with areas of texture. It needs something, then I remembered watching this YouTube video (not an endorsement) from this very knowledgeable painter in Humble, Texas. I remember watching him spray this glaze product that went on wet and dried to a powder and after around 10-15 minutes he removed as much glaze as he wanted with a Scotch-Brite pad, when he finished, he sprayed it with a clear coat to seal it in. Easy Peezy, right? Waiting on a delivery.
